What to send,
and how
The form takes five files, up to 10 MB in total. Anything larger can go by email to sales@etchhouston.com.
- 01Vector is bestAI, EPS, PDF or SVG. It holds the finest detail at any size, which matters most on small pieces.
- 02Raster worksA high-resolution PNG or JPG. Most pieces are made from exactly this.
- 03So does a photoA photograph of the old piece, a screenshot, or a sketch on the back of something.
- 04Tell us the restRoughly how many, the date you need it by, and where it is going.

Before you write.
Can I come and see the shop?
Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM, and Saturdays by appointment. It is at 5702 W 34th St, Suite B-C, between Oak Forest and Spring Branch.
Who will I be dealing with?
The same shop that makes the work. Artisan Glass Concepts is the creative studio of Etch Houston, in one building on West 34th Street.
What if I do not know what I want yet?
Say what the piece is for and roughly how many. That is enough to start a conversation, and you will get an honest answer about whether it will work in glass.
Do you quote from a photograph?
Send the photograph and as much as you know about the size and the quantity. If we need more to be accurate, we will ask for it.
